Queries, offers, suggestions, models and reclamation are always dealt with as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. All agreed meeting dates have to be strictly adhered to.
Every member of the OKALUX staff is responsible for the implementation of our qualitative aims at his or her office station. Whoever discovers a quality risk and who is not immediately able to solve this problem within his or her area of responsibility MUST contact his or her manager. Judgements concerning the working attitude and the achievements of our staff mainly involve the quality of their work.
Every task must be completed correctly right from the beginning on. This ensures that any unnecessary costs are avoided and that most of the quality aims are achieved. The resulting improvement of our competitiveness ensures our jobs and thus a secure future.
Any mistakes and faults, especially the reasons for these imperfections, must be eliminated as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. Smaller mistakes are possible even despite taking the greatest care. Thus OKALUX introduced new methods to discover such potential mistakes as early as possible. Avoiding mistakes is always favoured over eliminating mistakes.
The quality of our products is highly dependent upon the quality of the supplied materials – thus we demand highest quality requirements from our delivery companies.
