Our product families OKATECH and OKAWOOD are ideally suited to realise creative architectural demands within the conflicting areas of sophisticated aesthetic and economic efficiency. This is due to the excellent thermal insulation with Ug-values up to 1.0 W/(m²K) | 0,18 Btu/(h ft² °F) and the variable, project oriented light transmission and g-values.

Either the entire glazing or only parts of it can be equipped with solar cells. Depending on this and on the selected functional layers of the glazing, the light transmission an total solar energy transmittance of OKACELL can be manufactured optimally to the requirements of the property. With Ug-value up to 0.8 W/(m²K) ( 0,14 Btu/hr/ft²/°F), the thermal insulation provided by OKACELL corresponds to that of high-quality insulating glazing. For electrical power generation, up to 100 W/m² is normally possible.
