Jalousie and lamella systems

The functional insulating glasses OKAFLEX and OKASOLAR are two further diverse multi talents of OKALUX.

OKAFLEX – the jalousie system in the inter pane cavity. It offers all familiar functions of a conventional jalousie. Variable adjustment, precise day light dispersal and sun protection in combination with glare- and sight protection.

OKASOLAR stands for a light controlling and sun protecting insulating glass with fixed components. Through the three-dimensionally shaped, fixed and direction- selective mirror profiles in the interpane cavity, the various OKASOLAR types offer an individual, object specific and excellent compromise between protection- and supply functions for roofs and facades.

Depending on the technical requirements of the objects, different profile positions can be selected. This allows the creation of a seasonal- and daytime directed sun protection in accordance with the point of the compass and the angle of the glazing. OKAFLEX and OKASOLAR are ideally suitable for the application in administration and industrial buildings, schools and especially in offices, museums and exhibition halls.

OKAFLEX and OKASOLAR optically directed sun protection are a true alternative to external shadowing machines as they don’t require maintenance and cleaning and are climate independent.
